- Location Data: Used only to show nearby alerts and tag report locations. Never stored with personal identifiers.
- Report Content: The text, tags, and optional license plate information you submit in reports.
- Device Information: Basic device type and app version for analytics.

- To display relevant alerts to community members
- To improve app performance and features
- To prevent spam and fraudulent reports
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Reports are visible to all app users as part of the community feed.
4. Data Retention
Reports remain in the system until marked resolved or deleted. You can clear locally cached data through the Settings screen.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your reports by contacting us. You can also clear local data at any time.
6. Children's Privacy
Whistla is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
