Whistla is a community-driven alert system that allows users to report
and view car-related issues in parking areas. The App facilitates
communication between community members but does not guarantee any
specific outcome.
3. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Submit accurate and truthful reports
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reports
- Not use the App for harassment or illegal activities
- Respect the privacy of other users
4. Reporting Guidelines
Reports that are false, malicious, or spam may be removed. Users who
repeatedly submit false reports may be banned from the platform.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Whistla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee that reports are accurate, timely, or complete. Always verify
information independently.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whistla and its developers shall
not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use
the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
